Roll through for an afternoon of skate sessions, big tunes and high-energy vibes in the heart of Greenwich Park.
LIVE MUSIC
Turn it up for performances from the best of London and the hottest rising talent from across the borough.
DANCE
Watch powerful dance performances, from Carnival to Nepal and join the movement as the crowd comes together.
CREATIVE TAKEOVERS
Live cooking demos, FREE Henna and hands-on creative workshops.

TRAVEL
The General Wolfe statue is a short walk uphill through Greenwich Park from Cutty Sark for Maritime Greenwich DLR station and Greenwich station (National Rail and DLR). It is also reachable on foot from Maze Hill station (National Rail).
ACCESSIBILITY
The sites for our events, including the Culture Jam in the Park are accessible, and accommodations will be made to ensure everyone can enjoy all of our Ignite! events.
IGNITE! IS A SPARK OF CREATIVITY
Ignite! is a series of cultural events across Greenwich in 2026/7. Made, led and activated by creative young people in Greenwich. Join us for a collection of celebrations and festivals where young voices are the driving force.
It kicked off with a vibrant Manifesto Launch in Woolwich and now moves into a vibrant celebration in the iconic Greenwich Park. Ignite! is a bold statement from young people ready to take up space, be heard, and help shape the future of culture and heritage in their borough. The day is a celebration of culture, talent and creativity for youth in our borough.
Ignite! is a Cultural Impact Award initiative, part of the Mayor’s London Borough of Culture programme.
